We typically deliver rental items s 1-2 days before your scheduled event to ensure everything is in place and ready to go. Delivery timing may vary depending on your event location, venue access, size of your order and our delivery schedule. If you’re hosting your event at a venue and your venue has a specific access or setup times, we’ll coordinate your delivery accordingly.
Rental items are typically picked up the following Monday or Tuesday if your event is on the weekend and, depending on our schedule and the number of events we are servicing. If your event is on a weekday, we typically pickup the next business day.
Need your rentals delivered or picked up on the same day as your event? Same-day delivery and pickup may be available for an additional fee. Please let us know when booking so we can check availability.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the spring and summer peak season. Popular tent sizes, tables, chairs, and other equipment can book quickly.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. Yes, all tents are setup and secured by our crew by either staking into the ground, using water barrels, or concrete blocks depending on the area of setup.
Our tents can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Tents that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while tents that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with water barrels or concrete blocks.
Delivery fees depend on the event location, rental items, and logistics involved. Your quote will include the applicable delivery charges before you book.
The right size depends on your guest count, seating arrangement, tables, dance floor, budget, and other activities. If you’re not sure what size you need, we can help you determine the best option.
A 45% down payment is required to secure your event date and items. The remaining balance is due as we approach your event date. We also send an automated friendly reminder a few days before your event.

Yes! We offer table and chair rentals for weddings, parties, corporate events, graduations, cookouts, and other gatherings. Tables and chairs can be rented separately or addd to your tent rental.
Same-day delivery and pickup may be available deepening on our schedule and the location of your event. Additional fees apply for same-day service. Please contact us as early as possible to check availability.
